Pathetic HR and BGV/BGC HR team.
Just 2% yearly hikes. I used to slog 10-12 hours a day and worked even on weekends mostly. Management is useless, including the BU HR team.
Hire and fire company. This company has the highest attrition rate among MNCs in Bangalore.
Advice only meant for people who would listen. You people are never employee-friendly.
