It's a good place to work. The infrastructure is good in all the locations across India. There are multiple verticals/domains to work in.
There are only a few projects in the automotive domain. HRs will force employees to change domains if projects are not available in a particular domain.
We need to improve the recruitment process. We need to be friendly and effective in resource allocation and transfers.
