Flexible work timings, depending on the project. Not such a strict atmosphere for freshers. Trainings are enjoyable, including FLP programs.
Fresher policy restricts any high-flying employee from contesting for a salary hike.
Appraisals are in no way linked to a salary hike. It is very manager-dependent and not on how much you work.
Please reconsider the Fresher's policy, else it'll lead to demotivating high-achieving individuals.
