Pros

I don't find any best reason. I don't refer this company to my friends.

Cons

If they don't have projects, management puts pressure on the employee to resign. They will not give the employee a chance to search for a job outside.

Advice to Management

When you are going to terminate an employee, give them at least one month for their new job search.
