Good salary for a lateral, but for a fresher, they are giving a very less amount.
Management is not good. Salary hikes are near to 0%. With 4 years of work, my salary difference is only 60,000.
If you don't have a plan for sending employees onsite, tell them clearly. Don't give false promises of staying for two years, saying, "We will send you onsite."
