1. Most projects are support only (90% in India).

2. As per company policies regarding internal jobs:

   • If an employee is working on one project, that employee must complete 24 months in the current project before they can apply for internal jobs.

   As per policy, we need to complete 24 months in the current project. I have completed 24 months successfully in the current project. In the meantime, I got an internal opportunity, but my manager stopped my internal movement.

   Some managers are spoiling employee career growth. I don't know what is the use of policies.

   I have dropped an email to the HR team; there has been no response from them.

3. Some managers do not maintain proper resources in the project/team.

4. Even if employees are working 24/7, the managers do not give value to the employees.

Please improve the management.

People are good, but the management is too worst.

Please maintain the resources correctly in the project.
