No hike. Lots of politics, especially if you are in an RBC USWM project. The notice period keeps varying from person to person, depending on the mood of managers and their favorites.
HRs should respond to the problems of employees, which is their duty. Employees who switch companies have to go through lots of problems, like shift allowance not getting approved and lots of deductions which have no proper reasons.
The interview was good, but there was a lot of gap between the rounds. The HR was not updating the correct status of the interview process. Also, the interviewer was very polite and answered my questions well.
