Very partial attitude. My colleagues got released early without any issue. I, on the other hand, was forced to pay ₹58,000 for an early release. Such a big company begging for a little money from employees who already have very little salary is unbelievable.
Please treat employees better. Help them so that when they exit the company, at least they do it with a positive attitude and a heavy heart.
The interview was good, but there was a lot of gap between the rounds. The HR was not updating the correct status of the interview process. Also, the interviewer was very polite and answered my questions well.
