I started working at Capgemini as a fresher. It's a good opportunity to work with Capgemini.
The work environment is good. Management is okay. Learning scope & growth depends on your project.
Fresher will get more salary than experienced people. Hikes are not good. Internal job postings (IJP's) are very difficult at Capgemini.
Please provide a good salary to experienced people rather than freshers.
