For specific project ODCs, the relocation process is quite easy.

Expand our organization to a few more locations across India to other major cities like Cochin, Warangal, etc.

Start our own product to represent the organization in this competitive IT sector. We have to reach our brand name to the common people.

For this, my advice is: gather all ideas from our innovative portal, pick out similar kinds of ideas, and make a group. Start working on innovation and encourage them.

That maybe a software tool, website, or something other than IT (like work environment changes, infrastructure, management structure, relations with other organizations/government, events, transport, etc.). Offer profit sharing of that new innovation to the person who gave the idea to get effective results. I want to be part of these new innovations.
