I haven't seen much opportunity for growth for freshers
I have worked for 2 years, and I can't think of one.
No carrier growth for freshers.
Not all are given equal opportunities.
No decent salary hike.
No recognition for the work done.
Give some importance to the employees and not just throw them on the bench and fire them. It's your responsibility to show the employee a relevant project and not entirely his. Take responsibility for your actions rather than just laying them off during this COVID period.
