Freshers who join Capgemini may have to be on the bench for a long time, around 3-6 months, depending on the availability of projects at their location. However, this is not a big issue, as everyone will be allocated a project depending on the project requirements and their performance.
All Capgemini policies are good. One thing I want to advise to Management is that the leaves employees get should be transferable from one employee to another and also should be encashable. So, if an employee has more leaves than they require, they can transfer or encash those leaves.
