It's an okay sort of company
- Work-life balance is good.
- The overall process is very good.
- It gives a good feeling of an MNC.
- Very good for lateral candidates.
- The salary structure is very poor if you joined as a fresher. After 3-4 years, you have to switch, otherwise, your salary will remain almost the same.
- Some projects in IS management are very poor. If you ask a donkey to run like a horse, the situation becomes the same.
- In the Kolkata location, it is very difficult to survive in this company as projects are very few.
- Career development is not that good.
- On-site opportunities are very less.
Please bring some projects to Kolkata. Good resources are also available here. If you don't cultivate talent, you will not climb up as a company.
