If you get a good project with a good tech stack inside the company, then it's okay. Otherwise, your career will be finished.
They train freshers in coding and place them either in tool-based development or manual testing. For experienced individuals coming from a good coding background, they will take your interview in that particular technology. However, after onboarding, they will place you again in tool-based development.
Higher management is very bad, arrogant, and misbehaving.
