A lot of time is provided during the bench period. People are friendly when you talk to them personally and physically.
Food outlets are very few. Policies regarding the mode of work are rigid.
Please promote WFH or hybrid for bench employees as well.
As most managers and future prospective project managers are busy with their work, they don't have a lot of time to chat with us bench folks.
