Pros

Good infrastructure and other facilities.

Good learning curve if you get the right project.

Anything good or bad depends on luck and the environment, so it's OK for a fresher, I guess.

Cons

Bad management, moreover biased management.

Depends on which project you get.

Higher authorities are not ready to listen to your reasoning. They are always ready with excuses and answers, more like those ready-made answers from a question book.

A fact: More hardworking people are getting less pay and respect than those people gossiping about their families, and that too while sitting in higher posts.

Advice to Management

Listening to someone's opinion won't hurt. It might benefit you and make a big fortune because of it. "Giving respect is the main thing rather than pinpointing."
