Pros
  1. You will have abundant free time. If you are seeking another opportunity, like a change of career or preparation for higher studies, this is the best place to work.

  2. If you are a technology geek and are ready to work hard, you can reap high rewards. Make sure whatever the smallest amount of work you do, you showcase it to your supervisor and manager.

Cons
  1. It is more like a school. The manager scolds you if he does not find you at your workplace, even for a minute that he comes for rounds, even when you do not have any work and take a small break.

  2. Most of the times, you can find hundreds of people, who are on the bench as well as those into projects, roaming freely.

  3. There is a very high communication gap between many departments and teams.

  4. A highly populated, flood relief-like situation can be expected every mealtime.

  5. I do not suggest this for the creamy layer (my personal suggestion).
