The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. Candidates need to attend a couple of one-on-one meetings and be provided with contact and location details before the interview.

There were four rounds conducted for me: * Two technical * One technical cum managerial * One HR round. They went well. The HR round was comparative, but the recruitment process was somewhat slow.

I had two rounds of technical discussion and one round of HR discussion. The questions the interview panel asked covered all aspects of Java development and Spring Boot application development.
