Good work environment to learn new things.
No cons as of now.
It was simple and took only 20 minutes. I was asked very basic core Java questions related to access modifiers, interfaces, and synchronization. The rest of the discussion was on my project. (This was for an on-campus placement.)
They conduct two technical rounds and one HR round for this post. The release offer comes very late after a lot of discussions with the HR panel. Salary negotiation happens in the HR round, but getting the offer takes too much time.
The interview process consists of three rounds: * Two technical rounds and one HR round. * The first round will be purely technical. * The second round will focus more on team management and complex issues, with an emphasis on Oracle EBS Finan
