Pay is very less and work is too hectic in many projects. There is no proper staffing who allots projects based on employees' skill set. Managers and leads of projects are not apt for their positions and are not knowledgeable enough. Entry-level people will be more knowledgeable than them. There are no proper facilitators for trainings. They just look like a waste of time.

Please don't give much importance to designation; instead, give importance to talent and provide proper pay for the amount of work you are making employees do. Promote people who are eligible for it. Don't base promotions and incentives on any illegal bias or years of experience.
