I really can't think of any pros.
- Office politics and lots of exploitation by seniors to freshers.
- Seniors exact 50+ hours of work from freshers and take all the credit for it.
- Hike is only 2000/-, literally the worst.
- I got a job offer through on-campus selection, and they literally placed me to work as a tester and then a quality assurance tester. They hire in bulk 'cause they need freshers to do meaningless, arduous work.
- No growth or scope for developing technical knowledge.
Stop harassing freshers.
