Capgemini India is one of the leading IT firms currently, along with big names such as Infosys, TCS, and Accenture. It is very likely that employees will get similar benefits, with little ups and downs depending upon several factors like the project itself, the location where one works, and the clients. But most likely, employees will be receiving a decent, if not the best, compensation which would be sufficient for a bachelor, at least, if I may say.

The management, at least what I feel, can be very biased sometimes, which is definitely not good for the company. In some cases, they even treat their employees as if they were their slaves or something, with no mercy at all. They just want to get their tons of work done in no time, which is not acceptable for an employee. I believe that better work-life balance plans/events should be rolled out continuously for employee welfare.
