I didn't find any pros in my project. However, at Capgemini, one good thing is that when they relocate you, they listen to your opinion too.
I might be in a bad project where higher management won't care too much about employees. For example, for the last year, I didn't get any weekends. We have to work every Saturday. I have more comp-off days than my own leaves, and we cannot convert comp-off into money.
But my friends in different projects have a different experience than mine.
