Good for Freshers. You have plenty of learning modules and free certifications. Cab facility is based on the project.
Whatever you do, just remember you are working in a service-based company where they never think about the employee's perspective. For freshers, it is okay for 2 years here, no doubt about it. But if you want to pursue more, you have to learn upcoming technologies at least after 1 year.
Keep learning.
For experienced candidates, if you are coming into Capgemini, just remember one thing: you have to do more politics with the existing employees here.
Don't follow a foolish bell curve for giving ratings to employees. Seek through them and give ratings based on their hard work.
