They conduct two technical rounds and one HR round for this post. The release offer comes very late after a lot of discussions with the HR panel. Salary negotiation happens in the HR round, but getting the offer takes too much time.

Nothing technical. Campus interviews are dead easy. Aptitude and reasoning are included in the written test.
