Typical salary for the stack (given the lack of information on raises).
At times, everything feels a bit impersonal, given it's such a large company, but only at times.
Bureaucracy, I suppose, is inevitably tedious (regarding time tracking, vacation registration...).
Centralize everything under a single boss/manager or whatever you want to call them, instead of having a Manager, Project Lead, Buddy... (just asking for something).
Increase salaries (also asking for something..).
