Only two points I can say:
Salary is very challenging. A person with 10 years of experience might have a salary of 15 lac, while someone with 6 years of experience is offered 19 lac. This triggers a challenge between employees. Same-experienced employees have a difference of almost 50%.
Internal hikes are very low (1% to a maximum of 3%). Though it's a service-based company, other service-based companies have better standards and they make up for it in the form of hikes again.
In this pandemic, I feel employees could have been given good hikes, as there are no infrastructure costs (at least 50% reduced) for the company.
The interview was good, but there was a lot of gap between the rounds. The HR was not updating the correct status of the interview process. Also, the interviewer was very polite and answered my questions well.
