The organization does not sack, fire, or terminate employees on a mass scale.

There are numerous IT security and other kinds of policies, web-based learning, and training to equip one with security policies and other policies generally followed in an IT organization.

Employment in this company has not at all been beneficial to me. It has never provided me scope to learn working in technologies or acquire/build hands-on experience in any IT technology as a fresher, despite hiring me as a fresher. Project Managers, Resource Management, and HR are not at all, or at least not supportive and understanding towards me in providing me opportunities to work, get me promoted to a higher designation, and raise my salary.
