Mixed feelings (good and bad)
I joined as a fresher and worked here for almost 2 years.
I have learned everything needed to build oneself as an IT professional by utilizing technical as well as behavioral skills.
I was a developer; however, I got deployed in a technical support project. Despite this, I was doing scripting and coding in Python, Unix Shell, PHP, and JavaScript programming languages.
However, the unfortunate part was that I didn't get further projects in development, and even my senior colleagues became unable to place me in the type of project I was looking for.
So, it's strong advice to management to make anyone open to his skillset so that one can become capable enough to develop himself and explore his/her interests.
