The compensation structure appears to be a significant area for improvement, as there is a notable lack of recognition and financial reward for long-serving employees. Despite the company's reported success and growth each year, the absence of salary increases for dedicated staff members over extended periods is a concerning issue that merits attention.

Advice to Management

It's important for the company to adopt a more inclusive approach to pay rises that come from profit-sharing. Every member of staff, regardless of their position, contributes to the success of the company. Therefore, it's both fair and beneficial to extend pay rises to all employees, especially at a time of significant cost of living crisis.

The current practice of pay rises to only a select percentage of the staff not only seems unfair and painful but also lacks transparency. Implementing a more equitable system would not only boost morale but also promote a sense of collective achievement within the company.
