Good technologists onshore and good training provided for all levels. Have some interesting projects to work on in all sectors.
There is a lot of emphasis placed on sales as you get more senior. There is a tendency to include lots of process in the sales bid, which sometimes means losing out on interesting projects and/or spending long periods involved in the bidding process rather than delivery.
Focus on quality delivery and strip unnecessary process from bids. Look after your good onshore staff and stop promoting offshore just to reduce costs where it also reduces quality.
