Pros

Capgemini is a great company when it comes to resources like Coursera, Pluralsight, Udemy Business, and etc. They give you an endless amount of resources to help you get into a project. The benefits are also not too terrible.

Cons

Networking is not very easy in Capgemini, especially if you don’t live at any of the on-site locations.

They also do not provide relocation assistance very easily.

If you are on the bench for a long time, like four weeks, they will remove you, regardless of your status with getting a billable role. Their layoffs can also be instant, within a day.

Advice to Management

Capgemini is a great company if you have a lot of skills already from your prior experience and can easily get into a project. However, as a fresher from college, like me, I don’t expect your life span in Capgemini to be very long.
