You will get enough project calls if you have good skill sets. I have never been on the bench for even 1 day in the last 7+ years. Many projects have onsite opportunities as well. Luck also plays its role. Most projects are European projects. It's a good environment to work in. Some projects have more visibility and relaxation compared to US client projects.
Not enough US-based projects. That's why onsite opportunities are more in Europe, I felt. Force employees to use desktops instead of laptops. Only a few lucky people use office laptops.
