Since entering the IT field, I have been working with digital payments and accounting.

I am feeling unmotivated due to the delay in my promotion on the current project. Last year, I was responsible for working for three months, putting in overtime on weekends and holidays, working throughout the entire shift, including periods at night and in the early morning.

During this time, I managed to deliver a fully functional project to the client, something that no other developer was willing to do. Furthermore, I also actively contributed to the refinement of the stories and to the understanding of the functionalities by the managers themselves (system owners).
