Pros

The hybrid arrangement depends on the client (UOB), which needs to come to the office only twice per week. It's a great learning experience; if you don't mind the culture, you can go far.

Cons

Micromanagement from the client. Singapore work culture which is obligated to work overtime every day with no compensation. I work from 7 AM to 7 PM on a 9-6 contract but am still forced to wake up early for a task which I'm not even supposed to do. The vendor (Capgemini) doesn't even care about you; they are so, so, so understaffed. One person is doing the work of five people. I am begging for the manager to pull in more people but, at the same time, am forced to complete a five-person task every day. It's crazy.
