Pros

Flexible timings. Good culture of work and environment. Recreation facilities, like lots of games, and Mondays and Fridays are specially rocking with entertainment events like music and dramas, etc. Good increments and appraisals.

Cons

For SAP projects, if you are in the AppsTwo BU, you will be on the bench for a long time, like 6 months or maybe a year. RMGs for AppsTwo are kind of rude. AppsTwo is mostly for Europe projects.

AppsOne / AppsNA BU is better than others. They have good projects compared to other BUs. RMGs are supportive and will arrange some assignments or shadow projects for you to gain knowledge.

Starting packages are very low, but increments are very good, so you can manage with that.

The onboarding process is very long and tiresome. It feels like a government company.

A 3-month notice period is also a con.

Advice to Management

For SAP-certified freshers, there should be a higher package than currently offered. Domain experience should also be counted for them.
