Nice work culture, nice HR policies, and quick resolution for your HR queries.

Cons

Very poor increment. Worst variable payout strategy. Variables are given on a yearly basis, and only in the next year's quarter, on the condition that you are not on a notice period.

Advice to Management

Work on motivating employees and distribute variable components on a yearly or quarterly basis.
