Awesome infrastructure. Good work/life balance. Good training for freshers. Decent pay for being a service-based company.
Service-based company, so it's quite easy to come across people who are really not interested in IT but just wasting time to get their monthly salary.
Most projects are support and maintenance related, so there's not much to learn after training in my case.
Management just tries to fool the client and employees for their maximum profit.
Resource managers don't care what you are good at and will force you into irrelevant technologies.
Please make sure your managers actually have some talent and not just an MBA certificate.
Please manage your resources so that they are working on technologies they are good at and not on some frustrating, repetitive task.
