- Mass Recruiter is doing good work, like many other service-based companies, in giving employment to students.
- Salary comes on time.
- Management doesn't care about your hard work.
- You can't move out of a bad project if you are a fresher until 2 years.
- Increments are given on the basis of office politics, like who is the favorite of the manager, instead of on the basis of hard work.
- The shift allowance has almost become negligible as you are working from home. This is a stupid policy in Capgemini.
- If you are good at your work, other tickets are pushed to you, and even after completing them, you only receive a thank-you note.
