The salary hike is not that much.
Sometimes, resources have to be on the bench for a long time.
Resources are assigned to projects without considering their domain knowledge, expertise, and interests.
Relocation is quite impossible.
Management is good, but sometimes they ignore the problems of the resources. These should be taken care of.
