Being a BSc graduate and a fresher, I was lucky to get a development project. Capgemini provides a great learning opportunity for freshers.
They offer free Coursera and Pluralsight courses. It's easier to switch between technologies if you have a good network within Capgemini.
For freshers, salary is way less, especially for BSc graduates. After completing 2 years, look for somewhere else. You will be fine in your life.
