Good work-life balance. It depends on what kind of project you are tagged to. Compensation and hike are not so great. Overall, it's a good place to work.
Sometimes it gets hectic to manage work-life balance, especially at the time of production releases. You have to extend your hours at times.
Compensation and appraisal hikes should be improved.
