Pros

The hike for freshers is pretty good. Food in the canteen is also good. Overall, from a company perspective, it's a good organization (until you get the PSA Hermes Project).

Cons

If you choose a PSA project in Capgemini, then there will definitely not be a way to get out of the project; instead, you will have to resign for sure.

Lobbying and politics (talking about the PSA project as I have seen personally. Not sure about others).

Senior architects and managers should have at least some technical knowledge so that they can understand what a developer is trying to convey.

Nothing is anonymous there. If you talk to your HR team regarding your issues, they will secretly tell everything to your managers. They are all playing together.

Advice to Management

Just stop playing with someone's career. Get the managers and architects with some knowledge.

Stop harassing employees (this is especially for PSA Hermes management).
