- Bad environment.
- There is very slow growth and learning.
- You won't get any good projects.
- They mostly work in very old technologies.
- You can be on bench for more than a year if you are a fresher. They won't give you a project and won't let you do something while you're on bench.
- Most of the managers aren't supportive.
Take freshers into the project, then train them accordingly, and try to make the environment positive.
