Pros
  1. If you get a good project
  2. Understanding managers
  3. Friendly colleagues
  4. Ample time to complete the task
Cons

If you get stuck in a bad project:

  • There is no way to get out of the project, except for resigning, despite whatever tools exist to request a change of project.
  • Once you are relieved from a project and you have applied for long leaves four months back, which are already approved, in a new project the manager will pressure you to cancel your leaves. Then HR will join in, creating an ugly scene, telling you to cancel pre-approved leaves and reapply. The new project manager will then reject your leaves. Then HR will start bullying you, leaving you no option but to resign.
Advice to Management
  1. Stop bullying employees.
  2. If you want someone to resign, tell them to their face.
