Good Place, No Balance
Stable company, fresh environment, good infrastructure, hygienic place, pleasant environment.
No work-life balance. Poor management at training sessions. Mostly self-learning, with no time to explore much. Hectic work hours. Anytime called for work.
Just don't hire for the sake of hiring. Freshers from non-IT backgrounds find it difficult to survive, as the training provided is not worthwhile and the time span for learning is not much.
