Pros

If you get a good project, then you will get to learn much and you will grow. It depends on the project you get and the people working on the project.

Cons

The company doesn't care about its employees. They don't pay employees according to their skills or knowledge. Salary hikes are too low. They will give you a salary hike only if you are leaving the company and have a decent offer from another company. The company doesn't change your base location or project unless you resign or the project is closed. Work-life balance and work environment depend on the project. Many project managers and the project work environment are toxic.

Advice to Management

Care about employees. You are thinking that you will get employees at a dirt-cheap salary and according to your terms, and your company will grow. It is not like that. If you care about your employees, then only deserving employees will stay in the company.
