Get paid for doing almost nothing most of the time (although they'll probably eventually fire you if you don't get placed with a client).
I've been with Capgemini for a little over a year, and I've only spent about a month on an actual client project (non-billable).
I still haven't been assigned to a billable client project.
I'm not getting the work experience I had hoped for.
Also, you must be prepared to relocate to wherever they want you.
