Good learning opportunities, but it depends on the project allocated.
- Bad appraisals.
- Project/Engagement managers not trained to be employee centric.
- HR team is awful. You will never get proper answers from them!!
Please focus on retaining the existing talent and grooming resources, rather than continuing with the endless cycle of recruiting new resources only to lose them in a couple of years.
