I recently went through an interview process for a senior software engineering position, and I found it to be quite straightforward. The entire process consisted of two rounds: * A technical interview * An HR interview

Did not release offer. It happened with me twice. HR are not helpful, not replying on emails as well. Worst company I have ever seen. The HR team should be replaced by a new team.

Interview for C# and WPF developer at Capgemini. I received a call from HR and scheduled a telephonic round. My technical round was good, but I didn't get any further calls. They asked questions exclusively from WPF.
